What can you say about this video, well, this is just amazingly stupid, a man taking a video hoping for 15 minutes of internet fame for recording this instead of making a difference and stopping the whole thing.

That kid's life is fucked. Yep, pretty much this. Reminds me of a video from a New York subway where a guy sucker punches a subway officer. People just walk on by like nothing is happening and the person filming would rather get their interwebz fame than try and help the officer out. Just glad I live in a place where that would not happen and people would do the right thing.
