I don't think you could. My feeling on it is as long as your gun was purchased before that date, you'd probably be okay. Because why would you have magazines for a gun you didn't own before you bought the gun itself, you know? That's speculation on my part.
Yeah that's my point. It's a farce. It would be difficult to prove the date on when you purchased a gun unless you keep the receipt or go look in the books of the gun shop you bought it at. If it was a private sale, no paperwork required. So how is the state going to prove that magazine is post ban? Ridiculous logic.
