Blazzen]Pretty sure you just can't buy anything over 10 rounds because it's illegal to sell them. If you already have them I don't think it's illegal to possess them.
In Ca, as long as you had them before the extended magazine ban went into effect on 1/1/2000, you can keep them. But selling, giving, or manufacturing them after that date is illegal.
