It is not clear to me yet if this is a full tab target game or not. If you watch some of the other videos about classes from SOE 2014, they talk about the combat mechanics a little bit. The said that if your closer to the mage, they can do more damage to you when your further away. They also talked about positioning your character correctly and timing your swings which kinda sounds like more fps style of combat. Maybe a gw2 type combat? The combat in this video is quite fast and kinda hard to follow but maybe that is because do not know what everybody is doing.
