Get the address of a streamer, call the cops saying you're at that address and holding hostages/have a bomb/etc and laugh when the cops show up. If the kid doing it is under 18, then they get a hand slap and go back home. Its pretty ridiculous but its been going on for a year or two now.
Think of the dipshits that take games so seriously they send death threats after you steal their pixels. Those are the kids doing it.

Yup the same happens in the hacking world when someone gets doxed, its the latest form of ultimate trolling. The best part is you can really become anonymous if you call from a *nix box with the appropriate tools.
