You can clearly see and hear in the video Tony rev his engine and gun it. The dude is like one of the best drivers in the world and according to the washingtonpost above and other articles i've seen he was fucking with the kid on the track while driving when he didn't need to. The kid made a ridiculous mistake, something most people wouldn't have done and paid for it, but even though he raged on the track with cars going by, I think it could have been avoided by Tony and was reckless, by both parties, except for the part where one party had a machine that could kill the other.
Not big into racing at all, but I've seen on ESPN the dude is a damn good driver, but he's also a dickface. There are bunch of videos where he's acting tough and talking shit trying to fight people, he's a hothead who honestly could potentially in the heat of the moment run someone down.
