Blazzen]Stewart won't be charged. Whether it was intentional or not, the guy shouldn't have been walking on the track. If you run across the highway and get hit by a car do you think they'll charge the driver who hit you?
Over here they will, if the driver was drunk, even if it's a suicider jumping in front of a bus/truck on the highway. But then again we have a lot even more ridiculous laws.
