The nasty part about this is he was flagging down Stewart to confront him for some shady racing. And Stewart then ran him over... cant tell from that angle if it was on purpose.

I read an article (and saw the video) that said in 2012 Stewart did the exact same thing with another driver, approaching his car as it passed and throwing his helmet at it. Guy has a rep for being a huge hothead, so it wouldn't shock me to discover that it was on purpose.
