In other words, you believe police have the right to disarm the mentally ill as long as enough proof exists. Sounds good to me, and that's the stance I've had the whole time.
Yep, but I think it should be one of the hardest things ever to prove. You are depriving them of liberty and property, so that due process better be very damned good. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of faith in our justice system. It's been commercialized and sold out far too much.
