Its all about how we're going to go about defining mental illness, for instance, Rok I'm pretty sure believes I have mental illness.. if he was the authority I'm sure he wouldn't let me have guns. See where this goes? Clearly, mental retardation and other outwardly obvious mental illness makes it easy, but those are not the people going around killing people.. otherwise those that work in those homes for the mentally disabled would be getting killed left and right. The huge number of homeless that are there because of or partially because of mental illness are by-in large not killing people either, they have a greater chance of getting killed by the cops, so do those cops have mental illness?
