I think everyone can agree that if someone is fucking mentally retarded, has severe autism or something else to that effect they shouldn't be able to get guns legally. WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING THE WHOLE TIME, ROK.. is how does that even get fucking enforced without infringing on the privacy and rights of everybody else. We cant even keep track of who comes into the US, or keep felons from buying guns legally in many cases, so how the fuck is that going to stop the next shooting?
