I believe he said that he doesnt believe in paying federal taxes without representation. The feds came and bought or took a strip of land for the turtles and have not done anything with it. He mentions that there are tons of illegals coming through that strip everyday with narcotics, weapons etc. He goes on to say that he has never seen any federal agent patrolling or arresting said illegals. Hence taxation without representation. Which is not legal.
