Roksmokar]900 head of cattle, the size of his heard, is worth a little under 1 million. He owed $900,000 in unpaid taxes. His claim is based off the fact he doesn't believe in paying federal taxes. Had he paid his taxes none of this would be happening.
I believe he said that he doesnt believe in paying federal taxes without representation. The feds came and bought or took a strip of land for the turtles and have not done anything with it. He mentions that there are tons of illegals coming through that strip everyday with narcotics, weapons etc. He goes on to say that he has never seen any federal agent patrolling or arresting said illegals. Hence taxation without representation. Which is not legal.
