The Northwest Ordinance is the most important legislation that Congress has passed with regard to American public domain lands. American public domain lands are maintained by the BLM. The legislation that allows the BLM to operate today was signed by Washington. Thomas Jefferson is the person who pushed the legislation.

He lost me when he started comparing Cliven Bundy to Rosa Parks and claiming that he(Bundy) nearly started the next revolution. Then he rambles about armed resistance, drones, kill lists, spying and it becomes very clear that he's no better than the media sources he's criticizing at the start of the video.
