Not sure how you figure this. Most of what I posted is proveable fact Obs. Look at the links for yourself. It's not a conspiracy theory if it's true. The BLM's actions re: the turtles, both leveling the new fee because of them and later cutting off funding to keep them alive claiming being broke is a proveable fact. It actually happened.
It's also a proveable fact these raids occurred almost immediately after Senator Reid's (Senate Majority leader, aka Frank Underwood's senate equivalent) former senior adviser was sworn in as director of the BLM. Just a few days before this, it was announced that Senator Reid was working with Chinese energy giant ENN to build solar panels on the same land where the cattle currently graze.
