I am quite familiar with the restrictions. I think anyone is that's had any legal training at all. I'm absolutely certain that I don't have to tell you that these restrictions have to narrowly constructed to achieve a compelling government interest. AND The law must be content neutral, not vague, and still allow for protestors to broadcast their message, in some form.

Also, you're the lawyer not me, but aren't these restrictions reserved solely for local governments? I question how federal agents would possess the jurisdiction to come into a state and start arbitrarily enforcing such restrictions on the first amendment without any statutes or local ordinances supporting such action. Am I wrong about this?

When I watch the videos Rok, what I see is BLM being the ones exerting force. The badass redneck in the video I posted is an example. He's yelling at one officer who is asking him to move his vehicle, so the other shithead commands the dog to attack him, for which the dog receives a kick in the face and the man gets tazed, several times. Do you feel that was an appropriate use of force?

If someone yelled at you from 4 feet away on the street in argument and you commanded your dog to attack him, what do you think would happen? Your dog would be put down and you'd likely be brought up on criminal charges as well as be responsible for any medical bills he incurred. Why is it okay for armed police to exert this amount of force against unarmed American citizens? Who's really threatening force here?

Government is bad for your health. I wouldn't be caught dead at one of these things.
