Firaxis]I actually agree with fly. Mental health is theost underfunded part of health care and sptoms often go ignored or misdiagnosed for long periods of time.
I remember about 8 years ago the San Diego County Sheriff claimed that the county jail was the largest mental health institution in the County. And he was probably right.
