Kinda how I feel when I hear people say, "You ought to sue them!!" or "I think I'm gonna sue them!"
Every time I hear this, I'm tempted to launch into a tirade about how they better have a quarter of a million dollars bankrolling that idea and that my former boss used to make these 3 guarantees to all our civil plaintiffs who walked through our door:
