Been the case in all TES games.. even the unique items of the game couldn't hold a candle to the max crafts stuff.
That & how broken most TES games are..
ex; in Skyrim you shot for..
100 blacksmith
100 enchanting
100 alchemy
Once there you would make yourself a complete suit of armor & jewelry that had +enchanting skill..
Then you would use your boosted enchanting skill to make boosted another suit of armor which you would do all over again with +enchanting (but the 2nd set of enchants are even higher than the first set potions thanks to the bonus to enchanting on your armor)..
At which point you would then do another suit of armor & jewels with +alchemy on it.. while wearing the 2nd set of over boosted +enchanting.. giving you a super boosted suit of +alchemy armor/jewels.
Now with super super boosted alchemy from your super super uber boosted armor/jewels.. you would then make super super retarded potions that had +blacksmith, +alchemy, +enchanting........
At which point now you are going to drink your super boosted potions to make another set of armor.. starting back at the beginning again making a further boosted suit of enchanting armor/jewels.. & that turns into another suit of boosted armor/jewels for alchemy.. which ultimately you could basically repeat this process over & over until bored & you finally make the uber uber uber boosted +blacksmith armor/jewels after chugging the uber boosted +blacksmith potions.. & then you would toss on that +enchanting suit before enchanting your super boosted black smith armor & so on & so on & so on (just like this post)
Eventually leading you to having literally 1 shot weps (yeah I killed the last boss in Skyrim in a single power attack lol) & impossible to kill you armor.. I have even gone fists only & rocked the game using no weps at all doing this stupid shit that only TES games have lol

Some of the ESO dungeons have gear drops u can double enchant.

Oh now those are helpful finds aswell.. I am totally not suprised to hear that about ESO dungeon loots..
TES games are all about broken OP gear

Leapfrog Crafting Crafting with a buddy increases exp in your crafting profession. Very useful to know.

TL:DR... When you deconstruct a player-made item, you are earning 800% more IP than if you crafted and deconstructed something all by yourself.
