They are, and just so we're clear I am definitely not prohibiting people from owning their toys and using them at the range. That is a whole different issue that plays into officer safety. I had some dude that got a DVTRO against him so he had to turn in his guns. Turns out, he had a federal rare firearms licence and owned 10 guns. Someone ask me about it in mumble and I'll list them off, his collection was beyond epic.
