I agree that the 1st party and exclusive PS3 games were good. I like GoW and Uncharted a lot. However, those games are few and far between. So far I am looking forward to Ryse: Son of Rome and Titanfall Xbone exclusives. I haven't seen any PS4 exclusives that I am excited for yet. Have they announced any interesting?

In my opinion, Xbone has the better games. Deep down is the only one that I would probably play and I bet you won't see it for 2 years.

Titanfall is looking like a really fun multiplayer game and for that reason I wish more guildmates were going Xbone. It will be available on PC too, but my guess is that it will be a port over and maybe not as good as the Xbone version.

I was never a big fan of the killzone's myself. Looking forward more to GranTurismo, God of War, Last of Us 2, Destiny etc. Deep down does look pretty amazing.

Ryse looks really good i just hope they dont overdo the connect movement stuff.

MLB The Show is all I need. I play consoles pretty much for Madden and The Show since sports games don't come to PC.

I'll be going Xbox One too for a lot of reasons....but mostly because the PS3 controllers infuriate me. Why they are designed to be held by 6 year olds is beyond me.

I'm with you Lex. I have an XB1 on preorder.

Thought I'd go PS4 to help keep Sony healthy enough to keep Obs employed. But my take is game performance difference is going to be negligible. XB1 is almost guaranteed to have a better UX and features. Frankly, I'm looking forward jedi-navigating my way through entertainment.

That's enough reason by itself to get a PS4 for me.

Have you held the new controllers? they are noticeably larger.

A major title like CoD serving up 720p instead of 1080p on one console and not the other looks pretty damn compelling at first.

However, the answer is in the article. They didn't have an Xbox One to develop and test against. They just ran some tests on both systems when the game was fully completed. The magic for these systems is when devs optimize for them, which is why I'm inclined to think that game performance differences are going to be negligible.

Who am I, though? No one but a dude with a XB1 preorder and a dream.

I'll probably buy the PS4 too anyway.
