First off thank you Zelik for that. And Im not saying that everyone should wave ak's in the air and use assault rifles for every home invasion or situation that comes up. They should have that option if something happens though. I would prefer to use an AR15 cause I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps Infantry training with them and using that training in Iraq. Like I said before, for me there is no better weapon on earth if you know how to use it. I guess Im not understanding your end game. If you want to ban guns to stop deaths, then we should ban all things that cause it IE alcohol and tobacco. For me its the major issue is what Vermi said. The government is slowly chipping away at our rights. And banning certain guns wont change anything other than the government having more control over our daily lives.
