Not to diminish anything, what he did was unbelievable, but if he was alone, how do they verify that his account is accurate? I'm sure if he's being awarded the medal in fucking Buckingham Palace that they did their homework, but I'm just curious as to how they actually verify an account that was not witnessed by anyone else.
I guess a stack of bodies and no one there to help him is pretty good evidence!
