It was bound to happen. From what I heard he wanted to retire after the loss to Werdum but since he was still undercontract the CEO of Strikeforce talked him out of it.
He was only fighting once a year and everytime he would fight he'd break his hand.
It does suck considering all the new MMA fans and fanboys are talking about how his reign of terror was luck and eventually your luck runs out ect. I highly doubt there will ever be a person to be so dominating and consistent as Fedor has been.
