It's not the power supply. I tried a new one out and I am unable to get past the boot screen which is making me think it must be a RAM issue. I did see one error message that I only got a glimpse of before it powered off that said something like "Warning!...change CMOS....". Should I buy new RAM or does anyone have any suggestions?

Found the error again. It says "Warning! system is now in safe mode. please reset cpu or memory frequency in the cmos setup". I'll do some research and see what i can find.
