yeah i actually turned specular off as another suggestion that takes out the "shiny" shit. i'll definitely do this too and see if there's a significant change. right now it doesn't seem to be bad at all anymore, brass/blood was something i was hesitent to turn off if everything was working cause theyre just more cues to react to. that's strange about the cfg upload, i'll have to check it out and re-upload it.
