yeah it works a lot better after patch. still needs some work, you can get away w/ just changing:
cl_mouseAccel "0"
seta cl_maxpackets "100"
seta r_multithreaded_device "1" (unless you have single core cpu)
seta r_displayRefresh "100 Hz"
seta r_multiGpu "0" (if you don't have xfire or sli)
i think they made it so multithreaded 1 and gpu 1 are default now. i hear for threaded 0 if you have 1 core processor, it runs better. so i imagine gpu might have the same effect..theres definitely no drawback or drop in performance, so that's how i'm rollin.
pretty sure you can make all these changes w/ just putting a / in front of it in the console too (tilde)
