Depends on her rate. It is highly unlikely that she would be called up from the reserves unless you was an airplane mechanic on a carrier. I did 8 years in the Navy and my brother is on his 16th year in the Navy so we have some experience with the process.
As with all things in the military her orders will be based on the needs of the Navy. If she is an Arabic speaking CT then she may be activated.
