I cant speak for the navy I'm really not sure about their op tempo, but if she was Army reserves there would be a good chance of her getting deployed. IRR call ups are very very rare now a days, every branch of the military is hitting their recruitment goals right now so I have been hearing less and less of people getting called back from IRR. Obviously it depends on if she's in a highly critical job specialty or not. You may want to direct her towards
