you guys are fucking nuts. UO is still hella fun. It'll always be my go-to game when nothing else worth playing is out.

To much scripting in UO ever since people learned how badass razor was. It does shit at the packet level so its so fast it changes the game completely. I don't know if any server could nail the old school pvp exactly with all the damn sync scripts and shit out there.

nah thats not true at all. console has surpassed pc gaming for the last few years. i get way more joy outta my xbox than i do my pc. i almost sold it off just cuz i never play anything on it but then i realized id be losing out on like 1000 dollars worth of stuff due to its like 2 years old haha.

btw what killed UO was internet speeds faster than 786k which was around 2001-2002 area. not saying it wasnt still fun cuz it was, but thats when it started going down hill for me. running so fast so long horses lost stamina, then they added etheral mounts, and duels became "3...2....1...combo!" in vent.

Yeah, that's why Borric was duping portable forges and anvils, and just about every LoD user used UOE, and remember when Obi was speeding hacking around Brit, on his Galen character, during the beginning of the faction wars. I remember LoD's XaeLus giving me the speedhack an LoD member sent him.

I don't care if you guys use a cheat, or whatever. But to lie about it, even now... is lame.

I don't see any joy in competiting with robots. When you end up being a programmer you quickly realize how dull it really is behind the scenes for those computer player bots. Console games online are relativey boring in my opinion too. Nothing worse than playing an FPS game with a controller. I'm still amazed how anyone could choose console gaming over computer gaming.

but i never knew how to dupe money, and never knew of an LoD that did. true story. i'm also 99.9999999% sure obi NEVER speed hacked.
