FLea]I don't generally reply to these posts (anymore) because it usually is counterproductive. I studied this subject myself recently because of my child getting his vaccinations.
They offer vaccinations without thimerosal.
Notice the study was done in Japan The definition alone sends red flags to me.
Thimerosal: A mercury-containing preservative used in some vaccines and other products since the 1930's. No harmful effects were reported from thimerosal at doses used in vaccines, except for minor local reactions like redness and swelling at the injection site. There was specifically no evidence that thimerosal increases the risk of developing autism or any other behavior disorder. However, in 1999 it was agreed that thimerosal should be reduced or eliminated in vaccines as a precautionary measure. Today, all routinely recommended pediatric vaccines in the US contain no thimerosal or only trace amounts.
I guess I may be overly cautions when it concerns my family; but no one in my family will be receiving the H1N1 vaccine, as it has thimerosal in it.
There is a major difference between concerns for your family and complete ignorance of science. Your kids take in more mercury from eating seafood than the trace amount thats found in these shots. Are you going to cut them off from seafood or are you going to learn what Trace Amount means?
Also you highlighted an interested part yourself. The part that ends the debate before you should have even posted.
"However, in 1999 it was agreed that thimerosal should be reduced or eliminated in vaccines as a precautionary measure. Today, all routinely recommended pediatric vaccines in the US contain no thimerosal or only trace amounts."
Yes Mercury is REALLY BAD. Yes Thimerosal is 50% Mercury.
That's why they vowed to eliminate it 10 YEARS AGO. All fucking vacines created today DO NOT CONTAIN THERMASIL OR ONLY CONTAIN TRACE AMOUNTS. It says it in your own quote, jesus christ people. Europe has eliminated it 30 years ago, but still uses trace amounts as well. It's a binding agent.
Here's a list to educate yourself.

I know you said you did a lot of research for your family, but you didn't. Your family will end up better if you quit taking medical advise from random idiots like myself and Jenny Mcarthy.
