If we worked on real estate first and foremost and made it easier and more realistic for people to own property the economy would be fixed. Everyone's goal in life should be a house of their own. THe end. If you tally up the average american income (speculating) most likely owning a property or working to own it for the most part is unrealistic. Why not have Obama drop a trillion on a new governement credit union to get people to own property.
