ya I was very scepticle towards this work out due to the fact that it was a dvd based infomercial work out. Finally figured I'd give it a shot after a Ranger buddy of mine told me how bad it smoked his bag. It doesn't just focus on the beach muscles, its a total body work out with a great diet included, which is a lot like the "zone diet" that cross fit follows. I loved cross fit and followed it like it was a cult i was a part off. I got better results in 2 months of p90 than i did in 6 months of crossfit.
