Interesting. Thank you - I will check out Crossfit. I'm definitely not doing P90X to get "ripped" or anything. I just want to be fit and healthy. I like P90X because it gives you direction that a personal trainer can give you without the added costs.

My ultimate goal with all of this is to be able to play soccer competitively again. I know that simply joining a team and practicing with them would be ideal, but that's not going to happen right off the bat.
