My only gripes obviously are the pigeon holing of having to select a class, no open world pvp, and the game progression is quite linear.

On the other hand is does offer superb graphics, huuuuuuuge amounts of players both to play with and fight against, and programming that wasn't coded by a down-syndromed greek and his pet chimp.

I watched a few reviews of it on youtube. It's interesting to see all these new MMO's have WoW qualities to them. The interface resembled parts of the WoW interface but had minor tweeks and the artwork definitely has a WoW touch to it.

Other than the WoW stuff, the game looks pretty fun. I could casually play a game without full loot and pvp if we had a few guildies playing it, but the characters are too cookie cutter to draw me in. Not really being able to have a customized character is a huge turnoff for me in the MMO gaming world.

The PVP, while not full loot, looks cool. Your legion (guild) can go to an area called the Abyss at lvl 25 and you take over these castle structures and the longer you hold them the more points you get.

The PvP area looks fun, the world looks amazing, and the playerbase is huge...but there are a few things that won't make me buy the game.

I found these series of reviews from the guy to be helpful and entertaining:
