wow.. what is this the chinese govt? since when is that ok? and how does anybody get a warrant for something like that so fast? i hear it takes a great deal of work and time to get a warrant for a house, and that's just an asset. to be able to get a warrant for something like that so easily and quickly is beyond me. i'm sure there's going to be a million retorts as to "just doing their job" and "they're trained to make the right decisions, we don't know all of the facts"...but damn.
btw, not sure if this is national or state, but in my state every DUI a police officer gives out he gets a $135 bonus. to me that means some borderline "judgements" can be biased.
