LOL first were we talking about Halo? See I don't care if the top 5 Halo 3 pro gamers are some of the highest paid.. it doesn't mean that the competition on the console is better it just means the market for THAT game has deeper pockets. Those gamers are paid by sponsorships and prize money not based on level of competition.
Lex you're not a serious FPS player.. if you were you wouldn't be so concerned about your couch, or your xbox life friends list or everyone being dumbed down to console controls/hardware.
