Well could you give me some actual info on who does "deserve" health care, shelter, food, and non-diseased water under your plan?

How do you base it? Is it how much they give back to society? Is it skill\talent based? Is it based on genetics? Is it based on how "cool" they are?

The only argument you have had so far in this thread is Life vs Money. So I'm sorry if I came about the wrong conclusion. I'm just interested in how you would do things if it was up to you.
