I love you you have a friend with an aunt who had to go to Florida for treatment. Yet I live here and have never heard of anyone going to the US for treatment. One of my business partners just went through a year of cancer hell, all in Canada, all lightning fast and out the other end healthy. Why don't you tell that story instead!
Get a bit more angry and indignant. In the meantime try to ignore your obviously crummy healthcare.
