Think about this how dumb are the DF devs? They designed the game to hook people for years with slow progressions and no skill cap. But this next patch they are suposidly speeding this progression up.. so once everyones 4x magic schools and they don't have anymore grind they will be force to "pvp" if they can find it outside of seiges. Maybe more people will be out in the world and easier to find but for how long? Two servers with 1 char per server once the majority or is max it wont leave anything to do but seige.
Not that seiges are bad but when they ultimately don't mean anything as in your just fighting to fight its sort of like a team death match in a FPS.. while that has apeal for a while it gets real borring fast..
The games on a collision course with failure.. regardless if other games fail.
