Considering the player base is still just people that know from word of mouth, and following the project, the numbers may be getting smaller, but they have yet to advertise. They teamed up with Ikona Ihos S.A. to advertise, and do product distribution in Europe. with that, all Europeans will finally know the game is there.
Once they are done setting the NA-1 server up with GNi, I'm sure they will advertise, and do product distribution there as well. We still haven't seen an official release, so I'll also say "the numbers are getting low", once they have introduced the game to the two continents, and people actually start quitting.
