There was 300k registered users on the boards last time I looked. Not sure on how many copies they have sold, but I gotta believe there is people still waiting to be able to purchase the game. I see posts on the forums all the time about people wanting to play.
EU gamers are not as devout as US gamers, a US server will be populated.
