*Swear to god my final edit tonight, now that I know Pre-order servers are officially down.
**The G-Skill 2gig DDR2 1066 ram is listed as "For intel chipsets only" FYI... so I wouldn't trust it to work.**
Also the CAS is high and timings are pretty wide, though on a budget that's fine.
Here's what I would do.. though that looks like a solid build! Kudos.
What you don't have are Optical drives and a monitor
(don't know if you need those.)
Pick up 4 gigs of ram (40 bones), a good card (the 4830 will do nicely) and you're going to be much happier.
Given it's a little pricier at 540 out the door, and you have to wait to have it shipped.
Dell SB has Vostro 220N desktop PC for $389 + $30 S/H = $419. Thanks ShadowGuard

It is possible to reduce the cost further to $369 by choosing the following options:
No Optical Drive Selected [subtract $20]
80GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache [subtract $20]
Dell 20 inch Widescreen 2009WFP UltraSharp Digital Flat Panel Display [subtract $10]
As far as the machine you priced.. for parts at that level it should do very nicely. I think it's a good build. I'd do it.
Personally, I don't like the 1066mhz ram, I've always encountered problems with the 1066 ram when building. On my friend's build, 2 years ago I'll admit, we had to adjust timing and voltage to match or else he'd get system instability.
