probably 130 fps, 70 with shadows, 35 fps solid in large scale battle with no shadows.

Darkfall is smooth except for the occasional lag spike.

*Swear to god my final edit tonight, now that I know Pre-order servers are officially down.
**The G-Skill 2gig DDR2 1066 ram is listed as "For intel chipsets only" FYI... so I wouldn't trust it to work.**
Also the CAS is high and timings are pretty wide, though on a budget that's fine.

Here's what I would do.. though that looks like a solid build! Kudos.
What you don't have are Optical drives and a monitor
(don't know if you need those.)

Pick up 4 gigs of ram (40 bones), a good card (the 4830 will do nicely) and you're going to be much happier.
Given it's a little pricier at 540 out the door, and you have to wait to have it shipped.

Dell SB has Vostro 220N desktop PC for $389 + $30 S/H = $419. Thanks ShadowGuard

Dell SB - Build Machine

Note, this PC does not come with Windows preinstalled, you will need to install an operating system before using it. FreeDOS is included.

Specs

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 (2.8GHz, 3M, L2Cache, 1066FSB)
1GB Single Channel DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz - 1DIMMs
Single Drive: 16X (DVD+/-RW) Burner Drive
250GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache
Integrated Video, Intel GMA X4500HD
Integrated 5.1 Channel Audio
Dell 21.5 inch S2209W Full HD WidescreenFlat Panel Monitor
FreeDOS included in the box, ready to install
1 Year Basic Limited Warranty and 1 Year NBD On-Site Service
It is possible to reduce the cost further to $369 by choosing the following options:

No Optical Drive Selected [subtract $20]
80GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache [subtract $20]
Dell 20 inch Widescreen 2009WFP UltraSharp Digital Flat Panel Display [subtract $10]

As far as the machine you priced.. for parts at that level it should do very nicely. I think it's a good build. I'd do it.
Personally, I don't like the 1066mhz ram, I've always encountered problems with the 1066 ram when building. On my friend's build, 2 years ago I'll admit, we had to adjust timing and voltage to match or else he'd get system instability.

DDR2 Dual Channel 800mhz is like the toyota camry of ram, I'd be abso-fucking-lutely shocked if the Mobo didn't take it.
It should list it, but I would feel safe in making that assumption, yah.
*Edit - Yup, in fact the Athalon X2 chipset only supports UP to 800mhz ram, so you'd be sunk with that 1066 again.
Newegg reviews confirm people have used ddr2 800

By all means if you have a monitor and you can rip stuff out of an old computer, drop the optical.. the Dell deal only is really great if you need the 20 inch wide screen and opticals

Happy building man, think you have a winner.
