DFI LanParty UT X58-T3eH8 for the motherboard. Enermax power supplies are great, and have had great luck with G-Skill memory lately, even when overclocking. That board supports both Tri-SLI, and ATI Crossfire, so it's up in the air as to what vid cards you want.
