Let's be realistic now. It can't be all managements fault. Just because they signed the contract doesn't mean they necessarily liked it. If they were forced to sign it do to the workers all going into a strike and plants and production all shutting down. What can they do? Let the company collapse. I'm sympathetic to all the workers but I know their business model is fucked from top to bottom.
