I can dish and take with the best of 'em. This has nothing to do with breaking balls or making fun of people or w/e.
This is about a person making racist remarks in this forum, and not a single person stepping up and saying anything about it...let alone leaving the post up.

We don't condone nor promote racist remarks. At the same time we are not forum Nazis and we don't go around and censor every little post. So don't get too upset if we leave comments like this up. There are times when we exercise our rights to censor posts, but that usually deals with RL threats, gay porn (of the Male variety) and yes, sometimes even racist remarks if aimed at someone in particular.
Hope that clears it up.

Firstly, except in the rarest of cases (of which I cannot recall a single one), posts are not deleted on these forums by the moderators. If you make your bed, you lie in it. Less rarely, but still rare never the less, is a post locked. Again, I cannot recall the last time a moderator locked a thread.
Sometimes threads are moved to a more appropriate place.
Also, this is the internet. People will say racist things, and not mean them in the most serious of ways. Or, maybe they do mean them. But who cares? Why do you give a fuck if someone is racist?
Right now, just worry about yourself. If the thread offends you then don't read it.

Because I don't feel like associating myself with racists. This isn't some random internet site that I can ignore...this is the forums of a guild I'm very interested in being a part of and participating in.
And I'm not calling members of LoD racist...I'm pointing out that, locking/deleting aside, no one seemed to be bothered by someone making racist remarks. No one said a thing.
God forbid the one black guy that plays MMORPGs was interested in joining the guild and he ended up reading a post with N-bombs, slavery jokes, and the like. Yeah, yeah, we're probably all white/asian, but that still doesn't make it right.
