Where is the Dog?

I read it was suppose to be in scrap yard but I couldn't find it.

How do you wear powered armor?

dog is in the scrap yard south of the minefield (northeast of Big Town)

haven't figured out the powered armor yet, probably have to join the brotherhood (i just kill those fags, and everyone else)

if you go to the Brotherhood of steel base in Washington and talk to elder Lyons he will give you permission to learn to use power Armour then you go to paladin gunny who usually wanders the courtyard.

Tried this game and I give it two thumbs down.

Ive spent maybe 6 or so hours on 3 different style of characters and it has in some way failed me to the point where I just closed the game and played another.

you're an idiot or you just suck.. or both

when i first started i felt the same, but it's fun to run around killing everyone just ignoring the stupid quests...

although, when shooting, the game forces you to miss unless you have high gun skill.. so real skill doesn't really matter just using the VATS and sneaking around


oh, and that dog is fucking annoying, i just let him die.. stupid ass just runs up and attacks everything without using any strategy

My biggest problem was, I would run around with like 80 some unarmed skill (sneak and kill) and would 2 shot people easy. (Never mind their arms falling off when I punched them...) but then I tried a sniper speak and well... at like 30 feet I spent like 20 rounds and only hit the guy twice which almost did 1/5 his health as damage. Piss poor.

The part I didn't like about this game was how weak the weapons were and how inaccurate they were (atleast in my stage of the game) versus how Superior unarmed combat was.

because i sneak/shoot and i easily one shot everyone but those ogre guys with the laser rifle / hunting rifle / sniper rifle

my skill is upper 80s with commando .. btw that random stranger perk is my favorite thing in the game... cracks me up everytime

and it's easy to get 4 or 5 different skills up at the same time, just increase each one by 5 points or so per level... and have at least 7 INT..
