To answer your first question, there probably hasn't been a black candidate because of the fucked up 2-party system we have, and the way that the candidates are chosen to represent those parties.
As for your second question, I think people should vote for the best candidate. A 95% number seems awfully high for one candidate, unless it was based on some factor, in this case, it seems to be race.
How about you give your opinion (which is what I asked for), rather than questions. I don't want to try and infer or interpret what the hell your reply means.
