I agree with you we need to pay taxes.
But for example, if we all payed 30% of course the wealthy will pay substantially more, but it still fair to everyone. Why should the more you make the higher percentage you pay?
I did not mean to imply that people who do not make a high income are lazy.
What I am saying is motivation to make more, if you will be taxed an increasing amount, is slim. And ridiculously that going up a bracket can actually mean less money in your pocket.
So again, why is it that wealthy should pay a disproportional amount to anyone else? Why should it be as the more they make there taxes increase?
